So, here I am, blogging from Leviathan. Which explains the humble pie, given how much I’ve been known to moan about Leviathan. Anyway, so far it seems fun. Yes, David McWilliams was a cock as ever, and yes, Richard Waghorne deserves insults way beyond anything I can think up, but Richard Delevan was great as the resident geek, and some of the other speakers were very good too (names not caught as I was a little tardy).
Anyway, so far the big news is that the turnout is high (duh!), and the main issue is the economy (CNN reporting that 62% of voters made their decision based on the economy).
My online quote of the night so far comes from Daily Kos: “Governor Palin exercises her right to privacy and refuses to say who she voted for.” You gotta love how amazingly thick that woman is.
Anyway, roll on Obama, and lots of humble pie for me. I’ll post again later…..
