I adore this ten-day period. From about 23rd December to 2nd January or so, life goes quiet. The blogosphere quietens way down as loads of people take a well-earned end-of-year break. I get less than 20 emails a day (utterly unheard of during the rest of the year). Work is almost enjoyable, as it’s all so quiet.
Gives me tonnes of space to get loads and loads of things done. I love it!
